Do you pick apples or buy them? When Chase was little we used to go to an apple orchard not far from the farm. They wouldn't let you pick the apples, but you could buy just picked ones in their little store. We also had some neighbors that had apple trees and would bring us boxes and bags of apples "for the horses". I would go through them to pick out the best ones and made lots of pies, apple crisp, and applesauce. Then the horses got the ones that weren't as good. They loved them! Amy's card for our September Stamp Share swap reminds me of those days!

Amy showed us how she did the ribbon- she pulled a thread from the middle to bunch it up. So simple but what a cool look!
