Trudi's Cheerful Daisies Something Fancy Make & Take

Trudi did one of our Make & Takes at our July Stamp Share. I never would have thought of using these colors with flowers, but they're perfect for a sympathy card.

The left and center Designer Series Papers are on the flap from the left, the right DSP is on the flap from the right. The square with words is attached to the right flap and tucks under the daisy to hold the card closed.

Changing Leaves Stamp Share For Leaders Swap

I think I like trees and leaves! It seems like I order almost every stamp set with them, especially when there are dies to coordinate! 

My second card for the Stamp Share For Leaders new Online Exclusives swap uses the Changing Leaves bundle, which includes the stamp set and hybrid embossing folder. I love these hybrid folders! They're actually an embossing folder and dies that work together. You can emboss and cut at the same time! I didn't do that on this card though. Does my focal image look familiar? I did a similar one with wrapped twine on this card for our Stamp Share swap recently. I liked it so much I did it again!

The Cajun Craze piece can be either die-cut or punched! Check out the Labeled With Love Bundle on page 58 of the Annual Catalog. The punch does one at a time, the dies cut three at a time. You can buy the bundle with whichever one you prefer. Or do what I did and order a bundle and then the other separate! Yep, I have both the dies and punch!

The twine is just wrapped around the Cajun Craze piece and taped behind.

For the embellishments, I colored the yellow Glossy Dots with a dark Cajun Craze Blends marker and put them on my sample. I kept it in front of me while I worked on all the swaps and decided the color just wasn't right. I ended up coloring the white sequins for the swaps, but forgot to take a picture of one of them before I mailed them.

Frosted Forest Stamp Share For Leaders Swap

Stampin' Up! introduced another group of Online Exclusive products on July 3rd. Have you seen them yet? If you haven't, go to my Online Store and click on the "Online Exclusives" banner. This just means that they won't be in a printed catalog. You can order right there or contact me!

The Stamp Share For Leaders group did a swap showcasing these new products. I signed up to do two groups, which means I designed two cards and sent 21 of each in for the swap and then got 40 cards back! I love swapping with this group- the cards are amazing!
