Do you ever look at a stamp set in the catalog and think cute, but not my style, then see a card made with it and you change your mind? That's happening with me and the Breaking News set. Manette made this card for our September Stamp Share swap and I love it!
You can turn the scalloped circle piece in the lower left corner and different birthday images appear in the little window on the right. So cute!
