Stamp-A-Stack Colorful Seasons Leaves

Last card from the October Stamp-A-Stack! This was my favorite! I love the colors, the leaves, and the embossing folder! And the greeting- relax and enjoy Fall because it doesn't last long in Minnesota!

Make sure you stamp your greeting before you emboss the Very Vanilla layer!

I hope you'll join me for a class some time!

Stamp-A-Stack Wishing You Well Flowers & Wreath

I love the Wishing You Well stamp set in the Holiday Catalog (page 35)! It's another Distinktive stamp which gives it lots of detail and shading. I used the samples in the Holiday catalog to inspire these cards for the Stamp-A-Stack:

Stamp-A-Stack First Frost Fun Fold

It's fun to try new folds! Rachel Tessman came up with this one and shared it at Creative Connection. Carol, one of the ladies in our group, made them for her swap card and I decided to CASE hers for the Stamp-A-Stack.

It looks like a regular 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" card when it's together, but when you open it, it stretched out with layers:

Colors: Mint Macaron, Soft Suede, Tranquil Tide, Whisper White

The card base is 4 1/4 x 11 and is scored at 2 1/2, 3 3/4, 6 3/4 and 8 1/4". The smaller end (scored at 2 1/2) is the top section, the larger end (scored at 8 1/4) is the bottom section. I found it easiest to add the white piece with the greeting on the bottom and then build my way up to the top layer. Make sure you don't put adhesive on the entire piece of DSP for the layers! The ends hang over and aren't attached to anything!
