I don't think anyone likes making sympathy cards, but I have been making lots of them lately. So when I saw the sympathy stamp in the Something Fancy set, I decided to use it for my second card for the Stamp Share For Leaders Product Purchase Premiere swap:
I wasn't sure about using black for a sympathy card (is it too morbid?) but I really liked the way it made the pink pop. I asked John and showed him the black card as well as one I had done in Sahara Sand and he liked the black best. So that's what I did for the swap. Here's the sand one:

Can you tell I reinked my Old Olive Ink Pad in between making these? It really makes a difference!
Colors: Basic Black, Basic White, Flirty Flamingo, Old Olive, Sahara Sand
Instead of just die-cutting the large background die, I used the embossing pads we had for the Big Shot to do my embossed layer. I really like the look and there were no little pieces to poke out!
I colored the pearls with Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends.
