Stamp-A-Stack Good Morning Magnolia With No Coloring

The last card from the August Stamp-A-Stack is another favorite of mine. I love this big flower! But I didn't want everyone to have to color two of them. While I was going through my scrap box recently, I stamped on colored scraps and cut them out, then put the flower together. I shared the cards I made with retired colors HERE. I decided to use current colors for the S-A-S.

When I cut the flower and leaves out with the die, I ended up with a border around the flower in green that I thought looked funny. So I took my paper snips and cut away those areas. Then when the flower, which is fussy-cut, is attached, there's no extra green showing.

Colors: Garden Green, Mint Macaron, Petal Pink

The next Stamp-A-Stack will be on Saturday September 21st. I hope you can join us! If not, I can make the cards for you. Contact me for more info!

Stamp-A-Stack Birch Rustic Retreat

Everyone says it's hard to come up with masculine cards, so when I find a set that would be great for guys, I like to use them for my classes. This was the fourth card at the August Stamp-A-Stack. I combined ideas from a swap card I did and a swap card I received recently. The Birch background stamp really compliments the Rustic Retreat set. And the Thinking of You fits perfectly in one of the Stitched Labels dies!

Stamp-A-Stack Beautiful Bouquet Detailed Bands

Did you notice the new Detailed Bands Dies on page 121 of the Annual Catalog? If you don't look close, you can miss them, as they aren't exact outlines for the coordinating stamp set. But they are beautiful! And they make quick, elegant cards! These were inspired by a swap I received from Susan C. and were the third card from the August Stamp-A-Stack.

Colors: Daffodil Delight, Gray Granite

Stamp-A-Stack Butterfly Wishes Black & White With A Touch Of Grapefruit

Have you tried the DistINKtive stamps? It is amazing how you can ink up one stamp and get so much detail! I CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything!) from Suzanna Bond. She did her card with just a Flirty Flamingo flower by the butterfly. I decided to use Grapefruit Grove, do the words in color, and add the ribbon. I love this card!

Use It Up: It All Started With A Purple Elephant

Just so you know I do stamp with current products still, here's an adorable baby card! This one happened because I had the purple elephant stamped and punched!

Both elephants and the bunch of balloons (they're fussy-cut) are on Dimensionals so they stick up through the frame of the card base.

Colors: Balmy Blue, Gorgeous Grape, Mint Macaron, Whisper White
