Use It Up: Bold Birthday Statements

Today's card uses the same stamp set I used for yesterday's card, but it's a totally different look! Where yesterday's card had a lot of colors, they were subtle. Today's card is very bright! I used four of the recently retired In Colors.

After coloring in the image, the black from the Memento ink wasn't very dark, so I colored over it with a black marker.
