How do you store your Baker's Twine? I used to keep them in the original package, which meant the twine was wrapped around a piece of cardboard and then in a plastic envelope. I had them all stacked in a drawer, but they don't stack very well- they always fell over when I opened the drawer. So I started looking for a different way to store them and found this:
Empty embellishment containers! Punch a hole in the side with a Crop-A-Dile (I still have mine even though Stampin' Up! doesn't have them in the catalog anymore). Wrap the twine around your fingers to coil it up and fit it inside the container, then put the end through the hole. Ready to go!
I still have a few of these holders for the embellishment containers. Perfect for holding the twine I have, plus the Linen Thread.
I can't take credit for this idea- I found it online, but I don't remember where! Thank you to whoever came up with it!
