Paper Pumpkin February 2017 Many Happy Birthdays

I did share the January 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit "Adoring Arrows" awhile ago, so next up is February 2017 "Many Happy Birthdays".

It made 9 slider cards that looked like candles and had a spot to attach a gift card. One of the ladies in our group needed more of them for her daughter's birthday party invites, so I sold her mine.

I didn't think I would use this one, so I sold it. It made a cute little scrapbook and came with a rotary stamp and a Basic Black marker.

Paper Pumpkin November 2016 Wonderful Winterland

I am so behind on sharing Paper Pumpkin projects with you! But that's because I have been so behind on actually doing my Paper Pumpkin kits! Life gets busy and it's easy to set them aside since the boxes stack so nicely...

Anyway, here are the cards I made with the kit from last November! Just in time for Christmas this year! :)

Here's my first card, following the directions. It's cute, but it's so little!

So I added a piece of Dapper Denim cardstock behind the card to make it the right size for the envelope.

Lots of layers! And the matching envelope.

I wanted full size cards, so I cut the little notecards in half, attached them to a Dapper Denim layer, then attached that layer to a Soft Sky card base.

The Dapper Denim layer looked off to me, so I made the rest larger and embossed them with the Softly Falling embossing folder.

When we went to On Stage this spring, one of the cards we made had this little fox cut out of Designer Series Paper on it. Click here to see it. The pieces they gave us were large enough to cut extras, so this is the card I made using my extra fox.

Paper Pumpkin September 2017 Layered Leaves Part 2

I decided to use the rest of the leaves from the September 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit "Layered Leaves" on standard size cards. But first I wanted to do some embossing on some of the leaves:

Gold on the left, Copper on the right

I needed more leaves, and the big leaf in Vintage Leaves is very similar to the ones in the kit. I used the Baby Wipe Technique to stamp them (top 2 in the picture above and the second group below) and used the matching framelit to cut them out.

The Designer Series Paper on these cards is from the retired "Serene Scenery".
