I love this thinlit! I've found the best (and easiest!) way to adhere it is the Multi-Purpose Adhesive Sheets. Cut a piece the same size (or slightly smaller) as your cardstock, peel the printed backing off and adhere it to the back side of your cardstock and run it through the Big Shot. Then peel the other backing off and your cut out is ready to stick to your project!
We have two Carols in our group, and one has a birthday in December so we call her Christmas Carol. She did our other Make & Take for the October Stamp Share.
The Designer Series Paper is folded with a "Drapery Fold". The bottom edge of the paper is cut at an angle, then you fold it back and forth to create the pleats.
I love it when you can use a Christmas set for something besides Christmas! This is Sandy's second Make & Take from our October Stamp Share. You could use this for so many different occasions!
Colors: Copper, Early Espresso, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White
Have you used the Copper Trim yet? It's really cool! You can use it as is, or spread it out like Sandy had us do on this card. We used two pieces about 4" long.
We had the October Stamp Share last week. I had been sick for a week with whatever crud (coughing, runny nose) is going around, but it felt good to get out of the house and spend a couple of hours with our awesome group! This is the card I made for the swap:
Colors: Bermuda Bay, Berry Burst, Black, Crushed Curry, Whisper White
Did you notice the colored pearls? I used the new Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers to color them! There aren't any In Color markers, but the Rich Razzleberry is a pretty close match to Berry Burst! These markers are going to be so much fun! Just think of all the embellishments you'll be able to color and have them match your projects! Woohoo!
Have you gotten this stamp set yet? It's FREE when you host/place an order of at least $300! It's only available until October 31st, so don't miss out! Contact all your stamping friends and put your orders together! You'll also receive Host Rewards!
