My first idea for Halloween treats didn't work out, so this was "Plan B". Cello bags with toppers! Quick and easy and they used up some retired Designer Series Paper! Woohoo!

Unfortunately, the boxes were too small for the Halloween candy I bought! Luckily I only had one box stamped before I tried to put the candy inside. Tomorrow I'll show you what I came up with instead...
