Trudi loves to do fun folds, especially when they're really detailed! She's been picking one each month to share with us. She writes up directions with measurements and takes pictures of the steps, shares a sample, and gives us pre-cut pieces so we can all try making it with her there to help us. At our June Stamp Share, she showed us a Double Tower Pinwheel card:

Aren't they cool? They fold flat and fit in a regular envelope. I'm not going to attempt sharing measurements and directions here, but if you search you can find some videos for this fold. It isn't really hard, there's just lots of pieces and you need to pay attention to which direction they go.
