This is the last card from my Balloon Festoon display. Balloons aren't just for birthdays and they don't always have to be bright colors. Here they are a welcome for a new baby:


Colors: Basic White, Barely Blush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Hydrangea Hue, Soft Sea Foam
