We like to tease Trudi that she is an overachiever, but when she makes cards like this, what else can we say? She signed up to do a demonstration at our February/March Stamp Share and showed us how to make two versions of Inside Out Cards. She also gave us samples of each. They are amazing! I'll share one today and one tomorrow so they both get the attention they deserve.
Just a pretty card, right? Well, yes, but it's so much more when you open it!
It's two pieces of 4 3/4 x 5 1/2" cardstock, both scored at 1/2" on the shorter side. You attach those 1/2" flaps together so when they are folded they are on the inside of the card (the flap is under the grass piece in this card). It looks like a capital "M" with the middle squished together from the side. This is what allows the card to open and fold back on itself to show all the pieces that end up on the top when it's open. Isn't this cool?
