Hope you had a Merry Christmas! These are some of the Christmas cards I made this year with the Joyful Days Memories & More Card Pack. The largest cards in the pack are 4 x 6", but I cut them down to 5 1/4" long to fit a standard size card. The other cards in the pack are 3 x 4".
Some I kept simple, and just added a die-cut pinecone and a small bow in the upper right corner
I used the dies from Branching Out to layer with some color
Another simple one with just a layered greeting and some clear dots
The card above and below are that card cut in half
Here's a picture of the whole card and the two halves:
The last large card was bright uneven stripes of color- I toned them down a bit by adding a layer of Vellum over them and used them as the background for the 3 x 4" card. I'm so glad Stampin' Up! brought Vellum back! It's in the Online Store and comes in 12 x 12" sheets.
A plaid embossed background was perfect for this card
Rather than sharing all of the cards in one post and having it take awhile to open the pictures, I've split it in two and will share the others tomorrow. I hope they give you some ideas for next year!
