Blooming Phrases Country Woods Splendid Autumn Card Candy

Last fall Jan, one of the ladies in our group, gave us all "card candy". 

This was her sample using the same pieces she gave us all. It was the two deckled circles, three leaves, and two branches (all are retired now). Here's what I finally made with mine:
