I tried something new on my cards for our February Stamp Share swap. I've seen several people share cards like this, but I followed directions from Terri Gaines. She calls it "Stampin' Blends Magic" technique. After embossing a piece of Basic White card stock with the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder, you use Stampin' Blends to color the backside (de-bossed) of the flowers. Then you take a dark ink pad and tap to color the rest of the card stock. Because the flowers are lower, they don't get (much of) the ink.
Colors: Basic White, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Melon Mambo, Night Of Navy
I think the Sweet Sorbet ribbon goes better with the light Melon Mambo Stampin' Blends better than it does with anything Sweet Sorbet.
