I'm not sure if this fun fold has a name, but they usually start with a 4 1/4 x 11" piece of cardstock. Then you cut the bottom off the front half to create two pieces that the turned middle piece holds together. (I hope that makes sense!) Amy made this card for our February Stamp Share swap, and she started with a 5 1/2 x 8 12" piece of card stock so her card opens sideways. The bottom pieces are still attached- just the middle was cut out and then turned.
