Use It Up Brusho Crystal Color/Pigment Sprinkle Balloons

When I was going through my scrap box, I found some pieces of watercolor paper that I had tried the pigment sprinkles on. I decided to punch some balloons out of them! I also had some of the watercolor paper left, so I cut that into three pieces and did a watercolor wash on them. These ended up fun, bright birthday cards!

The blue layer is two circles and I cut off the edges to match the card base. I thought it looked like more balloons in the background!

The watercolor paper that I used was actually what Stampin' Up! carried before the Fluid 100, so it might look a little different. And the pigment sprinkles that I used were the Brusho Crystal Colors that we had in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog. The Pigment Sprinkles replaced those for the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog and are now on the Retiring List.
