The cards I'm sharing today are similar to THIS CARD that I made for our February Stamp Share swap. In fact, these were cards number one and two before I came up with that card for the swap. I started with embossing the greeting, then sponging over it for a resist background.
For the first card, I embossed with clear embossing powder. I didn't think it showed up enough, so I used white embossing powder on the second card.
It took awhile to do all the sponging and get it as dark as I wanted it, so that's why I switched to stamping the greeting in Bermuda Bay for my swaps. I still like the way the resist looks!
