Colors: Basic Black, Flirty Flamingo, Mint Macaron, Whisper White
You could just stamp the vase on the oval, but stamping and punching it out allows you cover up the stems of the flowers if needed.
The ribbon is two pieces- one wrapped around the white layer and attached behind it, the second tied into a small bow and attached with a glue dot. Much easier than trying to tie a long piece around the layer and get a neat bow.
