I made a card for John for our Anniversary using the Pleasant Pheasants stamp set. You can see it HERE. I also tried the technique called No Line Watercoloring since I had all the supplies out. If you haven't heard of this technique, you stamp your image in a light color, like Sahara Sand, so when you color it, you don't have a dark border like you would if you stamped in black, like I did on the card for John. This wasn't the best stamp for this technique, as the detail of the birds was lost when I colored them. I ended up taking my Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker to add the feathers on the male pheasant. That helped, but I wouldn't want to have to do that too many times!
