Today's card is basically the same as yesterday's except the design on the balloon and the strings. Yes, I cut those out by hand! It's actually not that bad since it's all straight cuts.
I had some thin strips of the Designer Series Paper left, so this is what I did on the inside of both of these balloon cards:
