Stamp-A-Stack Stylized Birthday Playful Palette Designer Series Paper

Here is the Sweet Sugarplum card from last week, which ended up being one of the card's for last Saturday's Stamp-A-Stack. Everyone liked this one- it's colorful and was easy to make.
