I love Washi Tape! It's so easy to use and it's inexpensive. So of course I bought all of them that were in the catalog. Now they're all being retired to make room for new designs. Which is good, but means I have lots of Washi Tape to use up! I saw a really cute card the other day and just had to make one!

I used my Paper Snips to cut a wavy line in the top layer. I attached the Washi Tape to a strip of card stock about 1" wide. I attached one of the wavy pieces to the card, then lined up the Washi Tape layer and attached it, then attached the other wavy piece to show the Washi Tape.
