Stamp-A-Stack Party With Cake Washi Tape Balloons

 Everybody has a birthday so I make lots of birthday cards! Here's one I made for a recent swap and we made at the January Stamp-A-Stack.

I put the Washi Tape on a piece of Whisper White card stock before I punched out the balloons.  I thought this looked kind of cool so I took a picture of it to share.
