I found some extra pieces from one of the Stamp-A-Stacks and decided to make a slightly different card. I am so glad the Celebrate Today set is in the new catalog!

The Washi Tape I used is retired now, but you could use any that you have, or Designer Series Paper strips. I drew the string for the balloon with a red Sharpie marker so it didn't smear on the Washi Tape.
