I was going through my scrap box and retired Designer Series Paper to see if anything said "make me into a card!". I came up with these two cards, which are basically the same, just reversed colors for the main image and layer.

I used retired Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper. I stamped the image a second time in the alternate color and then cut out the banner.
