I finally finished all the Make & Take projects from Convention! I didn't even start them while I was at Convention. There's just too much too see and do there so I decided to make them at home. They should just call these Take & Make projects! Yes, Convention was in July. They've been sitting on my stamping desk since then, but I just didn't take the time to work on them until now. Better late than never!
The first project is a gift box:
Stamps: Gorgeous Grunge and Hello, Lovely
Colors: Bermuda Bay, Summer Starfruit, Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe, Whisper White
Accessories: Tag A Bag Gift Box, In Color Designer Series Paper Stack, 2 1/2 and 1 3/4" Circle Punches, Envelope Punch Board (to round the corners of the Bermuda Bay card stock), 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon, Linen Thread, glue dots
To make the feathers- punch circles of card stock or DSP, put each circle back into the punch part way to make an oval shape, fold in the oval in half and use a paper snips to make small cuts on the edge, open and rough up the edges a little.
I really like these boxes! They are 6 7/8x 2 1/8 x 2 1/2. You get 8 food safe kraft boxes and acetate sleeves.
