Ombre n. A French term meaning "shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe, with colors graduating from light to dark.
While looking at Pinterest (way too addicting, so I have to limit my time on that site!), I found a card similar to this by Jill P. I made a few changes and it became a card for the August Stamp-A-Stack!

The extra piece of Blushing Bride is 3 3/4" x 5", which is the perfect size to layer the four stripes, which are 1 1/8" x 3 5/8".
