For the May Stamp-A-Stack, I decided we would make cards that use things from the Spring Catalog (which ends May 31st) and the Retiring List (good until June 3rd or while supplies last).
For the first card, I used the Elegant Lines Embossing Folder, but I also had the Elegant Bouquet and Manhattan Flower folders out- all 3 are on the retiring list. I'm sad to see them go as I used to use them quite a bit, but haven't really used them in awhile. One thing I've found with these folders- they tend emboss very deeply and sometimes tear the card stock. If you use the Big Shot with no tabs (rather than Tab 1) that helps.
