Our nephew/Godson Shawn graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth recently! He has a BS in BioChem and a minor in Environmental Studies. We're so proud of him! We went out for supper the other night to celebrate him and his accomplishments. This is the card I made for him:
Colors: Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry

For the hat, I cut a 1" square of cardstock and a 1" narrow strip. I used my Snips to cut very narrow strips, but not all the way to the end. I attached it with a glue dot, then added a retired enamel shape on top. The hat is on dimensionals.
What a neat card! Like the school colors. Jay graduated from the University of Minnesota-Morris. I remember the colors well.
