Carol S. did the second Make & Take at our May Stamp Share. Have you seen or heard of the "impossible card"? That's what this is. It's actually really easy to make once you have the cutting and scoring done. It's just a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" piece of cardstock with one cut going from the top to the middle and two cuts going from the bottom to the middle. Then you take one of the small flaps on the bottom and rotate it to the top so basically half the card is twisted and that middle piece pops up. Kind of hard to explain, but there are lots of videos of people showing how to make it.
