Stamp-A-Stack Blossoming Basket Bundle

The last card from the March Stamp-A-Stack is probably my favorite! It uses the Blossoming Basket Bundle from Sale-A-Bration. I've seen so many cards made with this stamp set and embossing folder that are beautiful! But I really liked one that Patty B. did where she colored the flowers with sponge daubers. I decided to color the majority of the image with daubers! Only the leaves and basket handle are colored with markers.

Colors: Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Flirty Flamingo, Pear Pizzazz, Pool Party, Whisper White

You can only get this bundle during Sale-A-Bration, but the embossing folder will be available in the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog!

Stamp-A-Stack Waterfront Mountain Lake

The fourth card from the March Stamp-A-Stack uses the really popular Waterfront stamp set from the Occasions Catalog. This set is so versatile! I received a swap card similar to this but it didn't have a name on it so I'm not sure who to give credit to. I changed some colors but the layout is pretty much the same. It was perfect as is!

Colors: Daffodil Delight, Garden Green, Marina Mist, Old Olive, Pacific Point, Soft Suede, Whisper White

Stamp-A-Stack Beautiful Peacock Fun Fold

The third card from the March Stamp-A-Stack is a cool fold. It's always fun to try something different! This is CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything) from Sarah M with a few changes.

I did two versions for my samples by alternating the Designer Series Paper. I wasn't sure everyone would want "Beautiful Friend" so I did one with part of the flower. Here's how they open:

Colors: Bermuda Bay, Lemon Lime Twist, Whisper White

Card base is 4 1/4 x 8 1/4 (scored at 5 1/2, so it's 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 when closed)
Little card is 3 x 6, scored at 3- make sure you attach it so the fold is opposite the fold of the card base
Designer Series Paper are 2 1/2 x 4 and 2 3/4 x 2 3/4
I used the 1/2" Circle Punch to make notches on the side for the ribbon

I'm not sure what the name of this fold is, but I like it!

Stamp-A-Stack Birthday Wishes Bitty Bows

For the second card at the March Stamp-A-Stack, I CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything) another swap card I received made by SandyM. It's also very similar to the sample in the Occasions Catalog. I decided to add the Bitty Bows instead of ribbon, so they determined the colors I used.

Colors: Basic Black, Fresh Fig, Tranquil Tide, Whisper White

Sponging is a great way to add color without having to take the time to color in the lines!

Stamp-A-Stack Heartfelt Blooms Simple Stripes

The March Stamp-A-Stack was on Saturday. Since it's the last month of Sale-A-Bration, I decided we would do three cards with S-A-B items. Here's the first one, which is CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything!) from a swap I received from Lisa B.

Colors: Basic Black, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White

The embossing folder is 6 x 6, so you can put your card stock in it in either direction. I decided to make two samples so I could show it both ways. Which do you like better? I like them both and can't decide!

Paper Pumpkin April 2017 A Sara Thing- Part 2

Yesterday I shared the cards I made with the April 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit "A Sara Thing" according to the directions. Today I'm sharing the rest of my cards. They're basically the same with minor variations.

The last heart I colored with Stampin' Blends

"Friend Ever" is from the August 2014 Paper Pumpkin kit, "Seriously Amazing". The stamp is actually "To The Best Friend Ever" but I only inked up part of it.

"Sister" is from "Thoughtful Banners" in the Annual Catalog

"Son" is from the May 2014 Paper Pumpkin Kit "Hey Man".

Paper Pumpkin April 2017 A Sara Thing

I need to get caught up with my Paper Pumpkin kits again! I was trying to share them in order, but that didn't go so well for awhile. I'll try to do better, but no promises! Anyway, I left off with March 2017, so here's April 2017, "A Sara Thing". This kit was designed by Sara, who is the CEO of Stampin' Up! and Shelli's daughter. Shelli started Stampin' Up!almost 30 years ago!

Here are my cards following the directions:

Even after making all of the cards in the kit, I had enough Washi Tape to put some on the insides:

Tomorrow I'll share the rest of my cards!

If you like this kit, I have another brand new kit FOR SALE! It's still sealed and comes with the stamps, watercolor pencils, and ink spot. I'm asking $17 plus postage.
