Sweet Cupcake Yellow Cake With Chocolate Frosting!

I think this is my favorite color combination for the cupcake! It looks like a real yellow cupcake with chocolate frosting! I wish I would have come up with it before I made 40 cards using the cupcake for a swap tomorrow night (I'll share it on Friday!).

Colors: Cherry Cobbler, Chocolate Chip, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso,Marina Mist, Mint Macaron, So Saffron, Very Vanilla

Sweet Cupcakes Banners For You Anniversary

Still playing with cupcakes! I decided to make an anniversary card.

and the inside...

Colors: Crumb Cake, Soft Sky, Soft Suede, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White

I used one of the icing stamps to add the design around the border of the card base.

Stamp-A-Stack Sweet Cupcake

The last card from the June Stamp-A-Stack is my favorite! I really don't care for cupcakes (any cake, really!), but this one is so darn cute! Both the frosting and the liner are 3-Step Stamping, which means there are three stamps that you can ink in different colors to make the whole image.

Close up of the cupcake to show the glitter on the frosting:

Colors: Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo, Pink Pirouette, Tip Top Taupe, Whisper White

For the icing, I used Flirty Flamingo, Pink Pirouette and Pink Pirouette stamped off to make it lighter. For the liner, I used Tip Top Taupe, Crumb Cake and Crumb Cake stamped off.

Here's another color combination I made. I was going to use this for the S-A-S but realized I had too many cards with green already!

For the icing: I used Wild Wasabi, Mint Macaron and Mint Macaron stamped off. The liner is the same as on the pink card.

Stamp-A-Stack Swirly Bird Watercolor Words Masculine Birthday

Yesterday's card used only the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits. Today's card uses only the Swirly Bird stamp set. You can buy them together as a bundle and save 10%! There are so many cute ideas using them both, but it's kind of fun seeing ways of using them separately, too! CASE'd from Melissa on Pinterest.

Colors: Chocolate Chip, Dapper Denim, Sahara Sand, Whisper White

Stamp-A-Stack Swirly Scribbles Woodland Tree Builder

This was one of the card's from the June Stamp-A-Stack last Saturday. It is CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything!) from Valerie Moody, one of Stampin' Up!'s Artisan Design Team members. What a great alternate use for the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits!

Colors: Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Cucumber Crush, Old Olive, Real Red, Very Vanilla

Here's a slightly different version- the Very Vanilla banner is one size smaller and I added two little birds in the tree:

And here's the inside:

This is the card I sent to my sister and brother-in-law. Today is their 30th Anniversary! Congratulations Danielle and Lenny!

Father's Day Gift Packaging For My Dad's Gift Using Paper Pumpkin

I thought I would share how I packaged the gift card we gave my Dad for Father's Day yesterday. I made a box out of the Thick Whisper White Card Stock. It's approximately 3 1/4 x 5 1/4".

I wanted it to look like a shirt box, so when you take the cover off, you see this:

Recognize the tissue paper? It's from a Paper Pumpkin kit! Open the tissue:

This was part of the April 2015 Paper Pumpkin Kit "Love You A Lot".

I attached the gift card on the back of the "shirt". I thought this was way more fun than just the little holder they give you at the store! My Dad loved it!
