I used some retired Pool Party textured card stock, but you could use regular card stock and emboss it with your favorite folder!

I used a serving fork to make the bows. There are lots of videos that show how to do that, but basically you wrap the thread (or ribbon) around the fork (I did 3 times to get 3 loops) and then wrap it around itself in the middle and tie a knot.
