SUDSOL Blog Tour!

Welcome to the SUDSOL Blog Tour! Have you heard of SUDSOL? It's Simply Unique Demonstrators Sharing On Line! And it's a great group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who share project ideas, patterns, techniques, flyers, forms, business tips and more with each other! It's a great way to grow your business! Are you a demonstrator? Would you be interested in learning more about SUDSOL or trying a FREE two week trial? Click on the logo below to check it out!

Now on to the tour! We're showcasing items from the new 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog. There are so many cool new products! I decided to focus on the new Petite Pennants Builder Punch (page 213, #122361 $16.95).

One of the first things I thought of when I saw this punch was ice cream cones! Especially since the top of the Cupcake Builder Punch reminded me of a scoop of ice cream! Put the two together and you have the perfect ice cream cone for your stamping and scraping projects!

STAMPS: Create A Cupcake
CARD STOCK: Marina Mist, Pink Pirouette, Certainly Celery, Soft Suede
INK: Soft Suede
PUNCHES: Cupcake Builder, Petite Pennants Builder, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border
EMBOSSING FOLDER: Square Lattice

Another version of the ice cream cone (can you tell I like ice cream?)! I love the Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper and used the colors in it to make this card.

STAMPS: Pennant Parade
CARD STOCK: So Saffron, Baja Breeze, Soft Suede, Whisper White
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: Just Add Cake
INK: Soft Suede
PUNCHES: Cupcake Builder, Petite Pennants Builder, 2 1/2" Circle
EMBOSSING FOLDER: Square Lattice

No ice cream this time! I haven't done a Gate Fold card for quite awhile, and thought it would be cute to do one with the Pennants holding it closed. I still had everything out from doing the Ice Cream Circle Card (above), so I used the same colors and DSP. Score your standard 5 1/2 x 8 1/2" card stock at 2 1/8 and 6 3/8". Just think how easy this will be with the new Simply Scored that is in the Holiday Mini Catalog (pages 6-7)! Woohoo! LOVE IT! It has tracks every 1/8"!

STAMPS: Pennant Parade
CARD STOCK: So Saffron, Baja Breeze, Peach Parfait, Whisper White
DESIGNER SERIES PAPER: Wild Wasabi
PUNCHES: Petite Pennants Builder, 3/4" Circle

The greeting on the inside is from Happiest Birthday Wishes, stamped in Wild Wasabi. This set is a Hostess Set (page 10) and can be purchased with your Hostess Dollars when your workshop is at least $150!

I hope you have enjoyed seeing the projects I made!
